Overview

There has been a change in NHS requirements allowing the enablement of support for recording of boosters. In addition to the enablement we are also uplifting the names of some of the vaccines over the coming weeks to match those now entering the market.

Overview

This is the anticipated release of eVacc allowing the co-administration of COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations during the same encounter with a patient. In addition this release also delivers access to recording COVID booster vaccines in readiness for the expected kick off mid-September however has been disabled awaiting an outcome from the JCVI.

Overview

eVacc has been updated to now support the recording of vaccinating the new child cohort aged between 12 and 15 years. In order to ensure limited impact on the existing workflow, we have added a further question that will then be used to determine the reimbursement eligibility.

eVacc version 1.3.1 is the release candidate that has met all of NHS Digital’s project requirements and
enables the application to be rolled out to any requesting site. Within this release the application has
received additional functionality with regards to recording data for differing care settings, protocols
and also improvements in reporting.
