It’s the end of 2022, and as ever for this time of year, there is a moment for reflection. Looking back on the year, here at Eva Health Technologies, we have so much to be grateful for:
- fantastic customers who enjoy using the solution and willingly recommend our software to their colleagues;
- a modern cloud-native software platform that is developing fast to do more and more, and is reliable and scalable; and
- a great team who care deeply about the quality and performance we offer our customers.
eVacc – faster, safer and available in more places than ever before
Now in our second season of Covid and Flu vaccinations, we have honed the software to be faster and safer than ever. We have added anti-fraud features to make the solution more robust, while reducing the number of clicks on the most often used actions. Now with over 2 million vaccinations recorded and not a single minute of unplanned downtime in 18 months, the software is relied on by over 80 Primary Care Networks across England. Since October, it can also be used for FREE by Community Pharmacies delivering Covid and flu jabs on the NHS too.
Along with the product development, we have also been extending our reach through the procurement frameworks to help customers to find and procure our software more quickly and easily. In 2022 we were successful in applying for G-Cloud 13, Digital Outcomes 6, and the headline framework from NHS Digital / NHS England: the Tech Innovation Framework.
Elevate: what the next level medical record might look like…
Our Elevate medical record platform has been building from strength-to-strength too. We are delighted to be announcing the next major release in January 2023. Faster and better than anything we have built before! More on this in the new year…
Like many, there have been challenges in 2022, allowing us the opportunity to grow personally and as a team. Just like the customers we serve in the NHS, we have taken action to mitigate the effect of inflation on our cost base. As a fully remote company (with team members based in England, Scotland and Wales) we have already taken out most ‘overhead’ costs. Our focus has been on building a resilient and highly effective remote-only team culture. Using our virtual office (in Gather.Town) we stay connected and recreate meaningful social connections to help foster team spirit and connectedness across the physical distances.
In healthcare, a good reputation is rightly hard to earn. With 8 out of 10 Eva customers recommending our software, we are proud that day-by-day we are earning the trust of our customer through our actions. We are also proud of the external validation from HTN when they awarded us a Highly Commended in Health Tech Awards 2022 for Best Health Tech Solution of the Year. This was the icing on the cake for our whole team!
To all our customers, fans and ‘Eva-ngelists’, thank you for all the support and encouragement. It means a tremendous amount across the team to know we are starting to make a real difference for our customers, and gives us renewed energy to go bigger and better in the new year.
